IDEAL FOR SMALL WORK OR FRIENDS GROUPS AND FAMILIES

Two (2) 3 season (we do not rent in the winter…sorry) waterfront cottages located on (17 lac-à-la-Barbue road), Gracefield, Qc approximately 60 from Gatineau or 75 min. from Ottawa.  Our property has a sandy beach which starts shallow for kids to play in. There is a dock by the beach and a floating one for diving. There is no limit for motor boat power. There is a public boat launch. 

Both cottages have a rustic style, convivial and well equipped. Each cottage has an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, micro wave oven and all the dishes and utensils. They are far apart and placed in diagonal for more privacy and each come with a deck overlooking at the lake with a splendid view. The land is wide enough to play badminton or volleyball, horse shoe game, bean bag game (the last two games are provided) and swings for kids. It also includes a central large deck for bonfire (wood can be purchased at a reasonable price).

THE MAPLE INCLUDES: Three (3) bedrooms, 1 room has a queen size bed, another a double and single bunk bed and the other 2 single bunk beds, a sofa-bed in the living room, wood stove and 1 washroom with shower and bath. The amount of persons allowed is 8 maximum for the Maple.

THE WILLOW INCLUDES: Two (2) bedrooms, the first one has queen bed, and the other a double size bed/single bunk beds, the sofa-bed (double) in the living room, 1 washroom with shower and bath and wood stove. The amount of persons allowed is 6 maximum for the Willow.

Deux (2) chalets 3 saisons (nous ne louons pas l’hiver…désolés) situés en bordure du Lac-à-la-Barbue (17 ch. du Lac-à-la-Barbue), Gracefield, Qc à 60 min. de Gatineau ou 75 min. d’Ottawa. La propriété offre une plage graduelle de sable, un quai et un quai flottant plus loin pour y plonger. Notre lac a un quai public pour la descente de bateau et le lac permet n’importe quelle force de moteur. 

Les 2 chalets sont conviviaux et bien équipés. Ils sont munis d’une cuisinière électrique, un réfrigérateur, un micro-onde, de la vaisselle et ustensiles. Les chalets sont éloignés l’un de l’autre, placés en diagonal pour offrir plus de privé et sont munis d’un patio faisant face à l’eau et la vue y est splendide. Le terrain comprend un grand patio central pour feu de camp (bois peut être acheté à prix raisonnable). Le terrain est assez grand pour y jouer au badminton ou au volleyball, jeux de fer à cheval, jeux de poches (ces deux derniers sont fournis) et balançoires pour enfants.

L’ÉRABLE COMPREND: Deux (3) ch. à coucher, une chambre incluant un lit queen, la 2e un lit double et simple superposé, la 3e un lit superposé simple, un sofa-lit double dans le salon, 1 salle de bain avec bain/douche et poêle à bois. Le nombre maximal de personnes pour l’érable est de 8.

LE SAULE COMPREND: Deux (2) ch. à coucher, 1 chambre incluant un lit queen, l’autre 1 lit double/simple superposés, un sofa-lit double dans le salon, 1 salle de bain/douche et poêle à bois. Le nombre maximal de personnes pour le saule est de 6.
